support team is a complete unit of individuals
working together to support the need of our
clients. These individuals are constantly bettering
themselves and the company by continuing their
education in technology and industry specifics.
Additionally, these individuals are backed by
on staff technical consultants.
Our
support team dials into a client's specific
needs. We realize there is no such thing as
a standard service and/or standard contracts
for service. We also realize that, depending
on your industry, staffing, and the knowledge
of that staffing is what defines the parameters
of your service.
Knowing
that our clients depend on their automated time
& attendance systems, it is our policy to
supply a loaner hardware unit, at no charge,
when it is necessary.
We
also guarantee service within 24-48 hours or
the service is free. Our standard hours of operation
are 08:30 - 04:30 pm. Monday through Friday.
Premium service (after hours service) is also
available. We ask that you use the customer
support line, toll free, at 877.779.4367 for
service. In the case of an emergency, follow
the voice mail instructions for immediate response.
Any events that are not urgent please correspond
via e-mail or voice and someone will respond
to your call at the earliest convenient time
