Ellie
M. Warther, CFP - President of Employee
Management Solutions, with 25 years of experience in
Finance and Administration. Ms. Warther enjoys being
a part of the team. Her focus, business. This includes
start-up companies, the re-structuring of companies,
and the out-sourcing of a particular function. Her experience
within the electronics industry, as a financial analysis
and the hospitality industry, as CFO and General Manager.
This allows her a very different approach than most,
giving her a competitive edge. In the electronics industry
she tracked projects from $4,000,000. to $18,000,000.
In the hospitality industry she controlled a food and
beverage operation of $2,500,000. in revenue a year.
Administratively she has been responsible for developing
various employer programs, through the proper analysis
of their current programs and policies and procedures.
Her many years of being in an engineering environment
are responsible for her unique talent for implementation.
Practicality is of utmost importance.
Ms. Warther
currently handles all aspects of Administration as it
relates to Human Resources, as well as its integration
to related areas such as payroll, general ledger, job
cost, and management controls.
Ms. Warther
also maintains a professional designation as a Certified
Financial Planner, specializing in the benefits area.
Her affiliations in the business community includes
Board Director and Past President of International Association
of Hospitality Accountants (IAHA), Society of Tax Consultants
(ISTC), Financial Women International (FWI), American
Business Women's Association (ABWA), and sits on the
Board of Government Affairs for Newport Harbor Area
Chamber of Commerce. She has held similar positions
in various civic, charitable and educational organizations.
Paul
Warther
joined Employee Management Solutions in '1995'. This
was to expand on the technology in managing employees.
He is the Technical Director of Research and Development
of Human Resource Solutions and the compatibility of
their integration to other applications.
Mr.
Warther has a master's degree in electrical engineering.
As a result of working in Research and Development at
Hughes Aircraft Company for 30 years, Mr. Warther has
several patents. The most recent being a method for
improving voice intelligibility in high noise environments.
This patent is held Internationally. Primarily, his
experience is in Time Division Multiplexing, using both
analog and digital design. He was responsible for the
design of a remote terminal developed for high-speed
communications link. This system is used for computer
interrogation and control of remote terminals. This
is used by the National Air and Space Museum, at the
Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. to monitor
& control the audio-visual operation of many of
the exhibits. In addition to this he was responsible
for the Hardware and Circuit design of the Advanced
Cabin Entertainment and Service used on the latest Boeing
747-400 Aircraft.
Mr.
Warther was an instructor for Engineering at Kent State
University.
